In the House
6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a WC in the courtyard stable; bedding, bath towels, pool towels, 2 hairdryers and basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste are provided. Cot, playpen, highchair and large dog crate are available on request.
Living room with TV and large sofa; library with sofa positioned to overlook the rooftops, a range of books and a baby grand piano; 2 games rooms with pool table, table tennis, table football and a range of board games; dining room with table to seat 16 and features from original stable. Wifi.
Large kitchen positioned in the coolest part of the house and equipped with range oven and induction hob, large American style fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, essential crockery, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, drying rack and small fridge; additional pans and dishes are stored in here also. Rotary washing line available for use in courtyard
Outside:
Large tiled courtyard with covered dining area that seats 16; loungers, outdoor seating and parasols, outside solar shower, BBQ; boules set, tennis rackets and balls, football, basketball, yoga mats.
Beautiful heated pool, 7m x 3.5m and reaching 1m 50cm in depth, accessed via full width stone steps and with an electric security cover that, once clipped in, will hold the weight of a child/80kg adult should they accidentally step onto it! The pool is completely private and is not overlooked; it is in the full sunshine from around 11am to 6pm from June to September; sunbathing space around the pool.
First floor terrace with sofas and loungers; wonderful views over the rooftops.

We live in an apartment nearby so will be available for most check-ins and check-outs and also for 24/7 emergencies.

- On changeover day: departure by 10am and arrival after 4pm (times must be adhered to as it is a tight turnaround for cleaning and making beds)
- Prices are in sterling
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome (house rules will apply): £100 extra per week
Bookings can be made through the website. We ask for 10% of the cost on booking and the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your stay; we also ask for a £400 security deposit at this point. The deposit will be returned after check out, once the property has been cleaned and checked for damages.
